After my medical examination, my doctor said I needed to lose weight. He suggested that I follow a more balanced diet and also avoid fat, oil and sugar. A balanced diet means having different kinds of healthy food every day. Research shows that to stay healthy, we should eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and grain products such as noodles and bread each day. What is more, we should have fewer milk products and eggs, and less meat. As part of my healthy diet, I will stay away from fried food and soft drinks. It won’t be easy, but health is important.
