it's important that you're kind to yourself.Think about what will help you.That could be waking up an adult to tell him or her about your worries.
By paying attention to your body instead of your thoughts,your brain can calm down.One way to do this is to get comfortable in bed,and then focus your attention on your feet.Next,move your attention up to your lower legs,and then to your back until it gets to the top of your head.
If your atttention gets to the top of your head and you still can't Sleep,change positions to make you comfortable again,and then slowly do the same exercise,from head to feet.This exercise takes time and you have to really pay attention,so it can help your brain stop worrying,and then you can fall asleep slowly.

How to Have Good Sleep
Good sleep plays an important role in our lives. It can make our brains refresh themselves and full of energy for a whole day. Here are some suggestions for getting a good sleep.
First of all, keeping a regular schedule instead of staying up late. This can ensure daily sleep time and high sleep quality. Second, listening to soft music before bedtime can help us fall asleep faster. What's more, proper exercise every day helps with sleep, too.
For me, I also plan to pay more attention to sleep. And go to bed early as well as get up early. Besides, I'll do sports every day to reduce stress in the future.
