Dear Diary,
Today, we had a special online PE lesson. We felt very excited because a world rope skipping champion named Li Hua taught us a lesson. She is from Red Star Middle School.
During this lesson, Li Hua showed us how to skip well and gave us some demonstrations. Here are the tips: First, choose the right rope. Second, don’t jump too high and keep your back straight. Last but not least, keep practicing every day.
After the lesson, I felt very excited because I learned how to skip rope. I will try my best to practice more from now on.
