I felt excited and happy before I went to my first lecture. But gradually I found that I couldn't understand the lecturer very well because he spoke quite fast and had a Scottish accent. Although he used some slides (幻灯片), I couldn't understand much of what he was saying. I couldn't take notes as well. I felt really depressed. At the end of the lecture I talked to a British student next to me named Simon. He was quite friendly and promised to give me a hand by doing more pair work with me. I'll have to work harder in the future.
Planning
