Are You a Teen Looking for Help?
Opening up to someone can be scary. Talking about what you're going through is often hard, but at Teen Line we do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you. We are here to provide hope and support if you are struggling.

What to expect when you call or text Teen Line?
When you call or text Teen Line, we won't judge you or tell you what to do. We will listen to you and work with you to find a way to improve your situation.
Who is going to answer my call or text?
When you call or text Teen Line, another teen, who is also a high school student, will be there to listen, understand, and answer your questions.
Our volunteers, who we call “listeners”, receive over 100 hours of training from mental health professionals so that they can respond, understand and anticipate the needs of the teens reaching out.
What if I'm not ready to call or text?
We understand how hard it can be to reach out! If you're not ready, but still need some support, you can check out our message board where you might find answers to some of your questions.
If you have any additional questions, please contact us. For additional resources, visit our Resources page, and to get involved and support Teen Line, visit our Get Involved page.

根据“What to expect when you call or text Teen Line?” 再根据第一段中的“Opening up to someone can be scary...to make it as easy as possible for you.”
根据最后一段中的“to get involved and support Teen Line, visit our Get Involved page”可知,你如果想成为Teen Line的志愿者,应该访问Get Involved网页。
