1. Introduce the documentary briefly in one or two sentences.
2. Which dish do you like best? Why?
答案: 1. Rick Stein’s Taste of Shanghai is a BBC food documentary in which a British food expert explores and interprets Shanghai’s food culture from his perspective, covering various dishes from simple street food to expensive private restaurant cuisine.
2. I like the steamed buns (xiaolongbao) best. Because they are delicate with a thin skin, juicy filling, and rich soup inside, offering a unique and delicious taste.
