*Lady White Snake*, a dance production by Shanghai Grand Theater(SGT), will make its first show at the Summer for the City—Shanghai Day event in New York. The event aims to encourage international cooperation and people-to-people exchange through cultural communication.
On July 26 and 27, three shows of the classic Chinese fairy story will be held at the David H. Koch Theater, one of New York City's most famous theaters. The first U.S. show will be performed by an international team of creators and performers led by a famous Chinese director Tan Yuanyuan. With the creativity of Eastern stage beauty, the performance will show the cultural energy of modern Chinese performing arts to a worldwide audience(观众).
