The survey carried out last month found that young people seek daz i to share similar interests,to accompany them or share costs,expand their social circle,and to motivate,monitor and help one another.Some young people search for daz i because their lives are too fast-paced and their social circles too small.
Xu Kun,an expert at the 12355 hot t line for r youth psychological counseling(咨询)and legal aid in Dalian,said:“ Young people enjoy doing things together.With less responsibility and pressure,the two people concerned get along more easily.“ This is why young people these days are enthusiastic about forming daz i circles,” Xu said.
“ Ada zi relationship not only meets young people's social needs,but also reduces the basic
costs in terms of time,energy and emotion
required to keep a close relationship,” Xu
added.In this new kind of relationship,less
responsibility gives people more freedom,but

highschool student,I was spending my summer afternoons watching tons and tons of cinema and TV.There was one TV show that drew my attention and I still remember its name-Love,Me, If You Dare. The story was so interesting,and the sounds of the Chinese language so interesting,that I followed up that
Chinese show with more Chinese shows.However,what I didn't realise was that I had unknowingly learned some basic pron uncia tii on and many words of Chinese.
In 2020,1 made a resolution to learn
Chinese seriously. I simply did what most others do-google d how to learn Chinese,and started watching videos that teach Chinese through vocabulary exercises and grammar rules.But in a matter of weeks,I became frustrated.I wasn't learning anything.It was during this time of frustration that I came across
Dr Stephen Kr ashen's theory(理论)on second language acquisition-the process of immersion (沉浸式学习), and specifically Comprehensible Input.
Comprehensible Input totally changed my way of learning Chinese.I gave up the useless videos and traditional methods of study,and instead focused on understandable Chinese content. I also used graded readers and children's short stories as part of my daily
Chinese “ studies ".Besides,I made a rule to spend time immersing myself in the language for at least 1-2 hours every day.
Recently,I was excited to see how far my
Chinese language journey had taken me ! Despite still having a long way to go towards fluency,I take pride in my daily progress.. For me,learning a language is an ongoing adventure,filled with small victories and continuous growth.
