For an active school day, it's essential to exercise between classes. And what I recommend is an effective sport: jumping jacks.
To do a jumping jack, you have to jump to a position with the legs spread wide and the hands touching overhead, then return to a pose with the feet together and the arms at the sides. It is a simple and fantastic way to get the heart pumping and the muscles moving.
So, let's all stand up and add some jumping jacks to our break times!
