I am lucky to be a member of Woodland School in Britain. It is a mixed school and boys and girls have lessons (lesson) together. At school, students can join many clubs and take part in all kinds of activities.
But I think the Buddy Club is the greatest (great) of all. I really had fun talking (talk) with the older students about school life and growing up. They are willing to tell me a lot. One student once told me how to relax before tests. One of the older students was humorous (humour). His funny jokes made me laugh (laugh).
The Buddy Club is also a good place to forget about trouble together! Last month I took part in the table tennis tournament (锦标赛). I did very well and won (win) the match. My classmates cheered for me happily (happy). Last year, we had the yearly Buddy Club Picnic. We had a good time. I learnt how to put up tents. Many of the older students would like to teach the younger students.
When I'm older, I will make friends with younger students. Then, I can tell them all about school life and growing.
