(1)句中 It is not surprising that...表示“……不足为奇”。It 为形式主语,真正的主语是 that 从句。
(2)“It＋be＋形容词＋that从句”常用来表示“……令人感到……”。用于该句型的常见形容词有：necessary、strange、clear、possible、natural、important、likely、obvious 等。
(3)it 作形式主语的句型还有：
