(1)as if 引导方式状语从句。若从句描述的情况发生的可能性很大，则用陈述语气；若从句描述非现实情况，则用虚拟语气。

(2)从句中谓语动词用虚拟语气的三种情况：

·当从句表示与现在事实相反的情况时，谓语动词用一般过去时(be 动词一般用 were)。

·当从句表示与过去事实相反的情况时，谓语动词用过去完成时(had＋过去分词)。

·当从句表示与将来事实相反的情况时，谓语动词用“would/could/might＋动词原形”形式。

(3)as if 还可用在 seem、look 等系动词之后引导表语从句。

(4)当 as if 引导方式状语从句时，如果从句主语和主句主语一致，且从句谓语动词中含有 be 动词的某种形式，则可以省略从句主语和 be 动词。
