What is a good way to motivate people? Giving people a purpose works well. A purpose is one's reason for doing things. Being afraid of not getting a good grade may motivate a student to study. Happiness will motivate people to continue doing things that make them happy. If a person feels strongly about a job, he or she will be motivated to do that job. A student who likes to learn or enjoys a certain subject will be motivated to study hard.
If we can motivate ourselves through purposes and feelings, then our jobs will be more fun and interesting.
