This summer vacation, I had an amazing trip to Beijing. It was a holiday full of fun and learning.
First, I visited the Palace Museum. Walking into this ancient place, I felt like traveling back in time. The huge palaces and beautiful gardens showed the wisdom of the past. Then, I climbed the Great Wall. It's really a great wonder! When I reached the top, I was tired but proud. Of course, I didn't miss the delicious Beijing Roast Duck. The taste was unforgettable. The most exciting part was visiting Universal Studios Beijing. I enjoyed thrilling rides and saw my favourite characters.
During this vacation, I learned a lot about Chinese history. Every activity made me happy. Beijing is such a wonderful city. I can't wait to go back and explore more!

My Favourite Holiday Activity
Last summer, I went camping in the countryside near our city with my friends. First, we set up tents together. It was a bit difficult, but we helped each other and finished quickly. Then, we made a fire and cooked food. The noodles we cooked tasted really good! In the evening, we sat around the fire and told stories. Finally, we slept in the tents and listened to the sounds of nature.
Camping was so fun! I learned to work with friends and enjoy simple things in life. I want to go camping again next holiday!
