Here are three boundaries to consider:
Break cultural boundaries. How often do you experience other cultures, and in what ways? You don't need to travel internationally to experience different cultures. Sometimes we think of culture as it relates to a country, but culture applies to so much more. Every day you have an opportunity to engage with people from different cultural backgrounds. Diversity is essential both personally and professionally. Break the boundary of sticking to what and who you know.
Break boundaries created by your bias (偏见). What is your bias? This one might be the hardest to tackle. Identifying bias is not easy. You have to be honest with yourself.
Break boundaries created by lack of knowledge. Are you willing to learn? As the world changes, we will have to change to effectively meet the needs of the world.
Break those boundaries. Don't allow them to hold you back. You can make a global impact right where you are. The world is at your fingertips.
