The Wind and the Sun were arguing who was stronger. Then they saw a traveller coming down the road. And the Sun said, “Now I have a way to decide who is stronger. Let’s see who can make that traveller take off his cloak(斗篷). If you make it, I will agree you are better than me. You begin.”

After hearing this, the Sun smiled and went behind the clouds, and the Wind began to blow as hard as he could. But the harder he blew, the more closely the traveller wrapped his cloak around him. In the end, the Wind was so tired that he couldn’t keep on.
