9. so that 引导目的状语从句
[教材原文] I’ll find a way to improve on my own so that I can make the team next year. 我会找到一个让自己提高(球技)的方法,这样明年我就能加入球队了。
(1) (2023·浙江1月卷)我们学校组织了一次活动,以便我们能了解我们周围的植物。为了记住不同的植物,我们被要求做笔记。

句中 so that 引导目的状语从句,从句中含有情态动词 can。

· so that 也可引导结果状语从句,意为“因此,所以”,通常不与情态动词连用,从句前可用逗号与主句隔开。
