On March 4th, 2025, the Pritzker Prize was given to 68-year-old Liu Jiakun. The prize, which was set up in 1979, is architecture's(建筑的) highest prize. Liu is the fifty-fourth winner of this award. 1 Before him, Wang Shu won the award in 2012.
