Ice cream is a delicious and popular dessert in summer. However，how did ancient Chinese people deal with the summer heat without it?
Many of us may think ice cream as a modern Western invention，but in fact，it existed in China as early as the Tang Dynasty. 1 Instead，it was known as “Su Shan”.
