You may have heard about the Ig Nobel Prize(搞笑诺贝尔奖). It is given to scientists who do interesting and sometimes silly studies. China has a similar prize called the Pineapple Science Awards. The Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum in Hangzhou started the award in 2012. On Nov. 11th, 10 fun studies from around the world got the Pineapple Science Awards. Let's look at three of them.

We all know chimpanzees(黑猩猩) can be quite clever, but we probably don't think they can beat university students in math. A study by researchers in Japan found that a chimpanzee named Abu can remember random(随机的) numbers more quickly and more correctly than a group of university students.
