C
To improve food safety, China is always working hard. In March of 2025, it made 50 new rules. Businesses(企业) have two years to make changes and follow the rules. One of them is about making food labels(标签) right and easy for customers to understand.
Under this rule, businesses can't use phrases like "no additives(添加剂)" or "zero additives" on the labels. Some customers may think food with these labels is healthy, but that might not be true. For example, a "no added sugar" juice can still have a lot of natural sugar.
Also, food labels should show information about allergens(过敏原) and make it easy for customers to see. They should also show how much sugar, fat, energy, and protein(蛋白质) are in the food.
What's more, China is encouraging businesses to use QR codes. In this way, customers can get more information about the food. More than 400 foods already come with those codes. Some even have videos(视频) to help customers understand this information better.

()56. When will there be no "no additives" food labels?
A. In 2025. B. In 2026. C. In 2027.
()57. Why did China make the rules?
A. To help businesses sell food more easily. B. To encourage businesses to make healthy food. C. To help customers know more about the food before buying.
()58. What can we know about "no added sugar" juice?
A. It may still taste sweet. B. It doesn't have any sugar at all. C. It doesn't have natural sugar.
()59. Which phrase can we see on food labels when the rules take effect(生效)?
A. No Added Fat B. High Protein Snack (12 g / 100 g) C. QR Code Inside for Business Culture
()60. Who may find the passage useful?
A. A man wanting to start his own food factory. B. A student wanting to develop good eating habits. C. A mother wanting to make healthy food for her children.

答案:
56. 根据“In March of 2025, it made 50 new rules. Businesses(企业) have two years to make changes and follow the rules.”可知2025年制定规则,企业有两年时间做出改变,所以到2027年就不会有“无添加剂”的食品标签了。
57. 从“One of them is about making food labels(标签) right and easy for customers to understand.”以及后面关于标签应展示的信息等内容可知,中国制定这些规则是为了帮助顾客在购买前更多地了解食物。
58. 由“For example, a 'no added sugar' juice can still have a lot of natural sugar.”可知“无添加糖”的果汁可能仍然有很多天然糖,所以可能仍然尝起来甜。
59. 根据“Also, food labels should show information about allergens(过敏原) and make it easy for customers to see. They should also show how much sugar, fat, energy, and protein(蛋白质) are in the food.”
