A. 完成图表。根据短文内容,完成图表中所缺信息。
Do you know what dish is the most welcome in the cold winter in China? The answer is hot pot.

Many people in China like hot pot and every place has its local(当地的) specials. For example, people in Sichuan like spicy(辛辣的) hot pot. However, Guangdong hot pot doesn’t have too much oil or salt. Usually, there is a pot in the middle of the table. When the soup in the pot is boiling(沸腾), people put the food into the pot while eating some other food. Beef, mutton, fish, and vegetables are the main(主要的) food. Hot pot is very welcome in winter because it can keep people warm all the time. On some big days, family members usually get together to enjoy hot pot, talking with each other happily. It is relaxing.

English hotpot is easy to cook. The main dishes are meat, potatoes and onions. People cook them together in the oven slowly for about 3 hours at a low(低的) temperature. After it’s cooked well, people enjoy it with their family or friends. The word “hotpot” came out first and then English people created the word “hot pot” to tell the difference between the different ways of cooking “hotpot”. They also show their respect for Chinese hot pot in this way.
The Chinese hot pot tastes delicious, and the English hotpot tastes fine. Which do you like better?
