阅读下面的短文,然后根据短文内容回答问题,每小题答案不超过8个单词。
Is there any kind of food that you can find almost anywhere in the world? Instant noodles (方便面) must be one! This year is the 109th anniversary (周年) of instant noodle's Japanese inventor Momofuku Ando, who invented fast noodles more than 50 years ago.
Instant noodles taste good, they don't cost you much, and they are easy to eat — put them into very hot water and wait for a few minutes, then they are ready!
They also have many different flavours. Both a meat lover and a vegetarian (素食者) can find his or her favourite flavour. Each year, 95 billion packets of instant noodles are eaten, according to the World Instant Noodles Association.
Instant noodles are especially popular in countries such as Japan, China, South Korea and Indonesia. In Japan, it is a favourite lunchtime choice for office workers. In South Korea, spicy (辛辣的) flavoured instant noodles are popular. In many TV series, you can see people sitting round the table and picking noodles directly from a pot.
Some Western countries also have an instant noodle craze. In the UK, a popular kind is “pot noodles”. American people have even invented the Ramen (拉面) Burger - a fresh beef slice sandwiched between two discs of ramen noodles.
However, usually instant noodles are not healthy. Like all the other junk food, they don't have any important vitamins and minerals. Also, they're high in fat and salt. Eating a lot may cause heart disease and other health problems. Although you may like them, try not to eat them too often.
