China has already finished the task to the far side of the moon. After collecting samples(样本) and putting up a Chinese flag there, the Chang'e - 6 probe returned to the Earth from the moon on the morning of June 25th. Photos of the probe leaving the moon went popular online, with people finding a mark on the ground of the moon similar to the Chinese character “Zhong”.
China became the first country to send a space task to the far side of the moon. This area is new to humans, which means we can do many researches on it. The Chang'e - 6 probe landed on June 2nd and spent two days collecting samples. “Study of the samples will help scientists to research the history of how the moon appeared and how it developed over time,” spokesman Ge Ping said.
China has developed rapidly in its “space dream”. Beijing has made great achievements in its space program over the past few years, hoping to catch up with the US and Russia. It has recorded many achievements, including building a space station called Tiangong. Beijing has also sent robotic probes(机器探测器) to Mars and the moon, and China is only the third country to put humans there.
China plans to send a crewed(载人) task to the moon by 2030 and plans to build a research station on the moon by 2035. The US is also planning to send astronauts back to the moon by 2026 with its another new task.
( )1. What can we know about the Chang'e - 6 probe from this passage?
A. It brought back a flag from the moon. B. It collected samples from the moon.
C. It got famous after returning from Mars. D. It studied the history of Mars.
( )2. Paragraph 3 mainly talks about the ________ of China's “space dream”.
A. future B. importance C. popularity D. achievements
( )3. What can we infer from the last paragraph?
A. The race to space is becoming hotter. B. China plans to research on Mars.
C. American astronauts will leave the moon. D. There will be fewer space stations.
( )4. In which part of a magazine can we probably find this passage?
A. Culture. B. Technology. C. Health. D. Travel.

题目:这家肉店没有肉 体裁:说明文 难度:3星 建议用时:8分钟 正确率:/4
There is a special butcher shop(肉店) in Islington, north London. Its name is Ruby's. It is a butcher shop indeed, but you cannot buy any meat there. It is the first meat - free butcher shop in London and even in the UK. It sells different kinds of meat - free products(产品). The products are made from soy and seitan(大豆和素肉).
“People understand what we're selling,” said Matthew Foster, one of the owners of the butcher shop. “The products look and taste the same as meat.” People can go to the butcher shop in person or buy the products online. It follows the success of a restaurant of the same name in London's Camden area. The restaurant opened in April 2018 and sells meat - free hot dogs and products of milk.
The appearing of the butcher shop and the restaurant is the result of a growing market for meat - free products in the UK. While just 1% of Britons are vegetarians(素食者), demands(需求) for meat - free products have soared in the UK in the past few years. Why? One possible reason is that there is a rising number of flexitarians in the country. Flexitarians eat a lot less meat than they used to but don't give it up completely.
Outside of the UK, some other countries, including the US and Canada, are also seeing a growing demand for meat - free food. According to a new report, the meat - free market in the whole world is expected to be more than $7 billion by 2025. Since eating meat - free food doesn't hurt animals, our wallets, or our health, some people believe the future of eating is meat - free. What do you think of this?
( )1. You can buy ________ in Ruby's.
A. soy B. seitan
C. products of milk D. products without meat
( )2. Which of the following is TRUE?
A. The products in Ruby's look and taste the same as vegetables.
B. People can only go to the butcher shop in person.
C. Ruby's in Islington opened in April 2018.
D. The restaurant named Ruby's is successful.
( )3. What does the underlined word “soared” in Paragraph 3 mean in Chinese?
A. 衰退 B. 暴跌 C. 暴涨 D. 出现
( )4. What can we learn from the passage?

Tuesday evening came. The lost children had not been found. Most people had stopped looking for the children and said that it was clear they could never be found. Only Judge Thatcher and his men continued searching the cave. Mrs. Thatcher was ill. Aunt Polly's hair had grown almost white.
In the middle of the night, the people of St. Petersburg heard a voice, “They're found! They're found!” Most people moved towards the river and welcomed the children. Nobody went to bed again; it was the greatest night the little town had ever seen. The children were taken to Judge Thatcher's house. During the first half hour, a number of people came into the house, seized(抓住) Tom and Becky and kissed them. The happiness of Aunt Polly and Mrs. Thatcher was complete.
Tom told the story of the wonderful adventure, making it even more amazing. He described how he left Becky and saw something unbelievable; how he followed two passages(通道) as far as his kite - line would reach; how he followed the third passage, and then he saw a white spot(点) in the distance(远方) and it looked like daylight; he dropped the line, pushed his head and shoulders through a small hole, and saw the wide Mississippi in front of him!
He told how he went back for Becky and told her the good news, and she was too weak and tired to go. He described how he convinced(说服) her; how happy she was when she could see the daylight; how he pushed his way out of the hole and then helped her out; how they sat there; how he saw some men in a boat and told them about their situation; how the men didn't believe his words at first, “Because,” they said, “you are five miles from the cave.”—then took them to a house, gave them dinner, and then brought them home.
