Staying healthy is quite important for a kid to grow up. Eating right, staying active, and getting enough sleep are the cornerstones(基础) of a healthy lifestyle. Here are some rules you can follow for a better body.
Eat various foods
You may have your own favourite food, but you had better eat various foods. By eating different foods, you're more likely to get enough nutrients(营养) the body needs. Eat at least two servings(份) of fruit and three servings of vegetables every day.
Listen to your body
