We all love spending time by the sea. Some lucky ones might live on the coast all year round. 1.________ Most of us would say we feel healthier by the sea. Well, to start with, it's great for our mental (心理) health. Scientists have found that we have something called a blue mind. They have shown that watching, listening to the waves (海浪) or being in the sea helps our mind slow down. 2.________ This is why people who have trouble sleeping are often told to listen to the sound of waves hitting the beach to help them relax at bedtime.

And the sea air is good for people with breathing (呼吸) problems too. There is less pollution in the air near the sea and in autumn and winter the air is fresher.
