How to Make Fried Rice with Eggs
When we stay abroad(在国外) for long, we may feel homesick sometimes. But if we can eat a bowl of fried rice with eggs, it will make us feel as if we were at home. It's easy and quick to cook fried rice with eggs. Now I'll show you how to make it.
You need these ingredients:
· 350 g precooked rice
· 2 eggs
· 4 spoons of oil
· 2 spoons of carrot cubes(胡萝卜丁)
· some onion (sliced)
· salt and white pepper
First, fry the beaten(打匀的) egg. Add a little oil to a hot pan, pour in the beaten egg and stir(搅拌) quickly to break it up. Next, fry the rice. Add another spoon of oil to the pan, and then the rice. Stir until they're well mixed. Then, add the carrots and onion and mix them up. Finally, add salt and white pepper, stir the mixture and remove the pan from the fire. Pour the fried rice with eggs into a bowl and we can eat it. I can't wait. Taste of China!
