I am writing to tell you something about my lifestyle.
When it comes to my healthy lifestyle, I'm most proud of having a balanced diet, which mainly includes vegetables and a little meat. Besides, going to bed early and getting up early has become my habit.
However, I've developed some bad lifestyle habits, such as exercising too little and surfing the Internet in my spare time, which worries my parents a lot.
So I'll set a small exercise goal first and then achieve it step by step. I also plan to limit my online time. I believe that with great determination, I'll get rid of the bad lifestyle in the future.
