Hu Yingfu and Wang Zhangmin are famous as "marathon(马拉松) duo". Although Hu is 86 and Wang is 77, they have been in over 100 marathon races. This makes them very healthy. Over 20 years ago, Wang followed her friend's advice to run. She felt it was quite good for her health, so she encouraged Hu to run with her in 1997. However, it was not easy for them to start at first. They had to run one to two hundred metres in the beginning. Little by little, they could run farther and farther.
