The rare (罕见的) sea turtle's name is Tally. It got its name from Talacre, a beach in North Wales. It was found there.
About two years ago, Tally was swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Because of the strong wind and currents (水流), Tally lost its way. And it ended up in the cold waters of North Wales, about 4, 000 miles away from its home. Luckily, a dog walker found it. Later, workers at Anglesey Sea Zoo did their best to save Tally. They looked after it for 20 months and finally helped it get back to health. In August 2023, Tally started its long journey home. But this time, it didn't swim. It went back by plane.
