Are you curious(好奇的) about PE class in Canada? It's different from that in China.
I have my PE class every morning from 8:40 to 10:00. Before the class starts, we all need to get changed. Then, we have to run around the school to warm up. And then the teacher decides the plan for that day: go to the weight room or stay inside the gym and play ball games.
In the weight room, there is a lot of equipment for us to exercise our muscles(肌肉). We usually spend about 30 minutes there. After that, we go back to the gym and play ball games, or have free time in the playground. Our playground is very big with huge grassland. Girls may choose to do yoga or join the boys to play football, Frisbee, or American football. If we don't want to move, we can just lie on the grass and enjoy the sunshine.
If the teacher decides to stay in the gym, we usually practice different ball games. We learn how to play football, basketball, volleyball and badminton. At the end of each unit, we have a written exam including 20 "True or False" questions to see if we know the rules of that ball game. We also have skill exams.
In PE class, I learn a lot of new things and I really enjoy myself. I love PE class.
