Lu Qirui comes from Hangzhou. She became popular because of a video. In the video，she is taking part in a school sports meeting. She ran so fast and she won the 100 - metre race with a wonderful record of 12.07 seconds.
Her father is a sports fan，too. When she was a little girl，her father often took her to play basketball，table tennis or go swimming.
