To enrich our life, our school organized a bike tour around the city last Sunday.
We began the tour from the school gate at 2：00 p.m. Riding along the city roads, we were in high spirits. The first stop was the City Park where we admired the beautiful cherry trees. An hour later, we arrived at Mount Qixia. Apart from its natural beauty, it also has historical meaning as a monument has been built to honour those who once made great contributions to the city. Finally we came to Jianhu Lake, which shone like glass in the setting sun. It was great fun talking and laughing.
We had an enjoyable and rewarding time when seeing the attractions of the city. It was quite an experience to reach out for nature.
