4 A guide book about feelings
Ben is sad and he calls me for help. I share a guide book with him.

Everyone has negative feelings from time to time. You may feel sad when you don’t do well in a test. You may feel lonely when no one plays with you. You may not want to eat, speak, study or play.
Negative Feelings:

Feelings have something to do with the temperature. People are likely to get negative feelings when it is too hot or too cold.

$11℃-25℃$: Usually happy
$\geq 38℃$: More likely to get mad
Here are some tips for you. They can make you feel good. Have a try!
Breathing: Imagine (想象) that you smell a flower, then blow up a balloon. Keep doing it and you can calm down.
Moving: Do some exercise, such as jumping and hiking.
Hugging: Hug your parents, pets or your teddy bear. It makes you feel safe and relaxed.
Talking: Talk to others about your feelings.
Drawings: Paint your feelings with colour pens.
