| News is all around us. People get news from almost everywhere. Another way to deal with(应对) bad news is to put your worry into action(行动). If you find stories about climate change upset, believe that you can help. Everyone can do something to make our world a better place. Also, "don't keep your feelings to yourself", says Balick. Talk to someone you trust, because this may help you understand where your feelings come from and why you feel this way. |
