The lion and the snail

A lion and a snail were good friends. The snail was slow. The lion's throat hurt and could not speak. There was a magic tree. The fruit on it was magic. They wanted to eat some fruit from the tree. So they planned to find it together.
They walked and walked. But they couldn't find the way. In the afternoon, they saw an elephant.
"We are looking for the magic tree. How can we get there?" asked the snail.
"Go along this way for about forty minutes," said the elephant slowly.
They went on walking. In the evening, they met a zebra.
"We are looking for the magic tree. Do you know how far it is?" asked the snail tiredly.
"You are near there. Go on walking for ten kilometers."
They walked all night. Finally, they found the magic tree. The tree gave them some magic fruit. They ate them. Suddenly, the lion could speak. The snail could run very fast and he could run as fast as a horse.
