Mr Smith has a big nose. There is something wrong with his nose. He has no time to go to hospital. He goes to a shop to buy a new nose.

“I think this nose is small,” says Mr Smith.
“Small noses are very popular this year. This one looks very nice!” says a young woman.
“OK. I’ll take it!”
A hundred years ago, we couldn’t change our bodies. Now thanks to the development of science, we can change our bodies when we want!
