Monday Try to be calm
(2024 河南郑州)
There was a little boy and he had a bad temper. His father wanted to change him. Then he gave his son a box of nails. He told his son to put a nail in the wall every time he lost his temper. The first day the boy put 37 nails into the wall. It was hard for him to do that. And the second day he put 20 nails into the wall. Gradually the boy found that it was easy to keep calm, but difficult to put the nails into the wall. At last, the box was empty and the boy’s temper became good. Then the father told the son to pull out the nails and said, “Look at the holes. Although the nails are gone, the wall will never be the same as before. Don’t hurt others easily and try to keep calm. Sometimes it’s not enough to say sorry when you do something wrong.”
