<题目>C
The day comes when Bambi's mother takes him far away from the thicket(树丛) where he was born. She takes him to a place where the trees end.
"This is the meadow(草地)," she says to her son. It is wide and green. It is open and free. And for the first time, Bambi sees other deer. One is a young deer. She is a baby like Bambi himself. "This is Faline," Bambi's mother tells him. Faline laughs and runs away, and Bambi starts to run after her. They have a good time on the meadow.
"Stop!" cries Bambi's mother. Bambi stands very still(不动地). There is a great stag(雄鹿) in the meadow. The stag comes to Bambi and looks him over carefully. Then the stag goes on into the forest.
Bambi walks slowly to his mother and asks, "Why does he look at me?"
His mother says, "He is the Great Prince of the Forest, Bambi. He is your father."
