The robot uses radio frequency identification(RFID) technology(技术). It helps students collect homework in this way. First, each student puts a special RFID tag(标签) on their notebooks. Students' names and the subject are both on the tag. Next, students only need to put their notebooks on the robot. Then the robot reads each notebook's tag and takes it out of the name list. At last, teachers can connect(连接) their phones with the robot through Wi-Fi. If students don't turn in homework, teachers will know easily.
The robot is Zhang's second model. He's planning to make a third one. He hopes that the robot can read the RFID tag faster and help students save more time.
Zhang dreams of becoming a scientist when he grows up. He also tries to make some other things, such as model planes. "Inventing makes me happy," he says.
