They can also affect our moods and thoughts in many ways. So it's important to choose colours cleverly when it comes to decoration. Before deciding on paint colours,people should think about what mood they want to create and which colours can help them achieve that mood. Red can raise a room's energy level. It can draw people together and encourage them to talk. It is especially suitable for the living room or dining room. However,it is usually considered too exciting for bedrooms.
Yellow catches the joy of sunshine and stands for happiness. It's an excellent choice for kitchens,dining rooms and bathrooms,but studies show that people are more likely to lose their temper(脾气)and that babies seem to cry more in large yellow rooms.

Orange can also bring a feeling of excitement. While it's not a good idea to choose orange for a living room or a bedroom,this colour is great for an exercise room.
