Many people believe that happiness is good for our health. In fact, trouble is not a big deal, and being happy is the most important. You should forget the trouble and find out something that makes you happy.
Say no to smoking.
Smoking isn't cool. It's dangerous. Think about what it will do to your health. Smoking can cause lots of illnesses, and the most serious one can be cancer(癌症).
