         If parents want their children to have healthy eating habits,they can ask their children to learn to cook. When children learn to cook,they can know more about healthy food and cooking skills.
          A school in Canada finds that more children eat fruit and vegetables after taking cooking classes. The school also finds that joining the cooking clubs can improve children’s lifestyles(生活方式) and make them want healthy food.
         In the UK,many schools have cooking classes for students aged between 12 and 16. They take three hours’ classes before practising cooking. Since 2007,a cooking activity called “Let’s Get Cooking” has helped more than 1.7 million children improve their cooking skills,through more than 5,000 school cooking clubs.
        A few days ago,people did a study among 2,500 students of the activity. It showed that 92% of them used their cooking skills at home. Over half of the students said they ate more healthily after they learned to cook.
