In recent 20 years, surveys show that teenagers' physical fitness is declining. This is worrying. Why? Firstly, many teenagers spend too much time on electronic devices like phones and computers, lacking physical activity. Secondly, some have an unbalanced diet, eating too much junk food.
Here are my suggestions. Teenagers should have a balanced diet, including more fruits, vegetables and less junk food. They need to get enough sleep, about eight hours a night. Also, take more exercise. For example, run, swim or play ball games. Only in this way can teenagers keep healthy.
