Last weekend, our school had an activity called "Love Nature, Start with Me".
I was very happy to join it.
First, my classmates and I went to City Park to collect rubbish. We saw many plastic bottles, snack bags, and other waste on the grass and near the lake. It was so bad! Then, we helped plant five small trees. We dug holes, put the trees in, and gave them water.
I felt good about what we did. Nature is important. It gives us clean air, nice places, and fresh water. If we don’t take care of it, animals and plants will be in trouble. I hope more people will help keep our Earth clean!
