Going against the tide of hurrying to well - known tourist attractions on vacation,a growing number of holidaymakers in China prefer to spend their spare time at lesser - known resorts(旅游胜地). Reverse tourism(逆向旅游) has appeared to be 1 among young holidaymakers in China.
According to data from an online travel agency,the number of rooms 2 at hotels in less - travelled cities during the holiday was up 30 percent year on year. In fact,bookings for four - star or five - star hotels in less - travelled places all 3 by at least 10 times. Some lesser - known places of interest posted double growth during the holiday.
