Chengdu is building(建造) itself into a “park city”. That is，there are lots of and will be more parks in the city. Parks are always popular with people，from the young to the old. In Chengdu，one of the most popular parks is Huanhuaxi Park. Every day，there are lots of people visiting it. Of them，there is a special group made up of some old people. They go there every morning to do Taichi. Yang Lina，65，is one of these old people. She usually gets to the park at 6:30 a.m. Then she does Taichi with other old people. “I have many friends here. Here we do Taichi，” Yang says.
Young people in Yang's family go to work. She comes to the park to exercise and meet friends. “I have to go to the hospital on Saturday morning，so I don't come here，” Yang says.
After doing Taichi，she goes back home to cook. She has lunch with her husband. Her husband does not come with her because he likes reading at home and playing chess with friends better.
