知识点4 动词的非谓语形式作相同句子成分的区别 [5年3考]
① 作定语

The meeting to be held tomorrow is of great importance.
明天要召开的会议很重要。(表示将要发生的被动动作)
The meeting being held now is of great importance.
现在正在召开的会议很重要。(表示正在进行的被动动作)
The meeting held yesterday is of great importance.
昨天召开的会议很重要。(表示已完成的被动动作)
② 作宾语补足语
(1)作感官动词(短语)see、watch、observe、look at、notice、hear、listen to、feel 等(简称“五看二听一感觉”)的宾语补足语。

(2)作使役动词 have 的宾语补足语

(3)宾语补足语为表示短暂动作的动词时,现在分词有时表示的不是动作的进行,而是动作的反复;而不定式则表示一次性动作。
I heard the door slamming. 我听见门在砰砰作响。(动作的反复)
I heard the door slam. 我听见门砰的一声关上了。(一次性动作)
③ 作状语
不定式、现在分词、过去分词作状语时,其逻辑主语必须和句子的主语保持一致,且要和句子主语有逻辑上的主动或被动关系。

I woke up in the morning, only to find the outside world greatly changed.
我早上醒来,居然发现外面的世界大变样了。(出乎意料的结果)
She fell off the bike, breaking her left leg.
她从自行车上掉下来,结果摔断了左腿。(自然而然的结果)
Looking out of the window, I saw groups of children.
我从窗户望出去,看见了成群结队的孩子。(主动、同时或几乎同时)
Read many times, the complicated story seems much easier.
多次读过之后,这个深奥的故事似乎变得浅显得多了。(被动、完成)
I got up very early this morning to prepare breakfast for my family.
今天早晨我起得很早,以便给家人准备早餐。(主动)
He trained hard to be chosen by the school team. 他刻苦训练,想被校队选中。(被动)
④ 作主语

To explore the rainforest this summer is my wish.
今年夏天去探索雨林是我的愿望。(将来的动作)
Exploring the rainforest needs courage. 探索雨林需要勇气。(一般的动作)
My teacher said that it was not right for students to break the rules.
我的老师说学生们违反规定是不对的。(逻辑主语为名词)
The children’s loving nature can inspire their love for their family members.
孩子们对大自然的热爱能激起他们对家庭成员的爱。(逻辑主语为名词所有格)
⑤ 作宾语
不定式和动名词作宾语时,有些意义相近,而有些差别很大。
