The Internet can be used to find information. When you type in the key words of a topic in which you are interested, the search engine explores the Internet and brings up a list of underlined words called hyperlinks. Clicking on a hyperlink will take you to a website related to the topic for which you are searching.
Frank Lloyd Wright (June 8, 1867—April 9, 1959) was one of the most well-known architects of the 20th century. He was born in Richland Center, Wisconsin. As a child, Wright played with kindergarten educational blocks. These geometric blocks could easily form three-dimensional designs. Wright spoke about how the blocks influenced his future career. Many of his buildings, like Larkin Building and Robie Residence, have strong geometrical lines that remind the viewer of children’s building blocks.
