I want to share my experience, opinion and advice. My friends were crazy about reading cartoons. In order to have common topics with them，I did the same thing. It made me fall behind in my study. So I gave up the hobby. To my surprise，we still got along well.
In my opinion，it's not wise to make friends by following suit. First，you are different and be yourself. Second，it's a waste of time doing the same as others only because you want to make friends.
My advice is as follows. You should be honest to each other and keep your friends' secrets to yourself. What's more，help your friends when they are in need.
